In the Name of God, I, Lord Michael, greet each and every one of you! You have shared your Light to provide the opportunity through which I may speak across the Earth’s atmosphere at the close of this recorded Cycle of time! In the Name of the Great Central Sun, before Whose Throne I took the vow to remain with this planet and its evolutions until every life stream became a Divine Master with dignity, honor, and glory, I now speak to the universe, to the psychic and astral realms, to the mental and emotional worlds of humanity, and to the Elemental Kingdom—ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I, Lord Michael, speak to you in the Name of God!

Oh, Powers of Light in the Central Sun, I raise My banner this day over planet Earth! Oh, Powers of Light in every universe that look with mercy and compassion upon this groaning Earth! I invoke you: open the channels through interstellar space, open the gates of Your Kingdoms, and send us those Volunteers to increase the Legions of Michael and manifest throughout this Earth the Glory of God’s Will, and make the Earth once again a bright and radiant Star.

Great and Mighty Guardians of the disembodied, call each disembodied soul in the astral realm! Call them to Your Temples, for we speak to them directly! They will no longer take life and create discord and disharmony from it!

Great, Mighty, Silent Observer of every current of life on this planet Earth today, direct your intelligence and consciousness toward My words: “Evil shall no longer exist! Shadows shall no longer be woven from the Primordial Light! The Banner of Lord Michael is unfurled!”

Look upon it—the Golden Sun surrounded by the Seven Mighty Archangels against the blue sky! May every physical eye on this planet look upon it and know that this is the Will of God. I, representing the Will of God, decree that this planet will now radiate Light!
